A Promise To You

PROMISES TO OUR CLIENTS:

Golden Tan - Long Island Clients will receive...

  1. A WARM GREETING: You will be properly greeted upon entering our salon.
  2. EXCELLENT CLIENT SERVICE: You will receive only the best customer service from our staff.
  3. ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS: Any questions you may have about tanning and/or tanning products will be answered to the best of our abilities.
  4. THE IDEAL PURCHASE FOR YOUR TANNING NEEDS: You will be informed of the current specials and we will make every effort to match you up to the best tanning package or membership in the ideal booth for your tanning needs.
  5. A CLEAN BOOTH AND A FRESH TOWEL: You will be walked back to your booth by a Golden Tan staff who will ensure the booth is clean and handed a freshly laundered towel for your use.
  6. RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME: The salon will be open during posted business hours or you will receive a free upgrade.
  7. LITTLE OR NO WAITING: In the event of a wait for any booth of more than 15 minutes, we will offer half price upgrades to all paying customers.
  8. THE BEST EQUIPMENT: All salon equipment, including tanning booths and air conditioning units, will be maintained on a regular basis and will be in top working order to ensure you the best tan in the most comfortable environment possible.
  9. A GUARANTEE AGAINST UN-USED MEMBERSHIPS: Sometimes you get busy and can't tan. EFT members will receive an in-store credit for any months in which you did not tan.*
  10. CONFUSION-FREE MEMBERSHIP CONTRACTS: Membership contracts will be THOROUGHLY explained to you by one of our staff prior to allowing your signature and a copy of the contract will be provided to you upon request.

* Any active EFT Member at this salon whose account is in good standing will, upon request, receive the equivalent of one half of one EFT payment as an in-store credit for any one un-used month (limit 2 months). Please make all requests for in-store credits to the salon's manager. In-store credits will be in the form of "bonus bucks". Bonus bucks may only be used towards tanning services. Bonus bucks being used by a customer who does not have a current EFT membership may only be used towards tanning services. No cash value and no refunds.
